I love having a workout planned for me and someone there to motivate me. I don’t have enough discipline to work out on my own and need someone else to cue me what to do and encourage me to push myself.

I absolutely love this type of workout. It's fun, music is good, trainers are excellent, the change up between treadmill, rowers and weights makes the time go quickly and works your heart as well as all muscle groups. Good for any level. Love that you can go at your own pace

I like the energy and motivation in the room. I like being able to just listen to what I'm told to do, look around to make sure I'm keeping up, and mentally relaxing. I like following numbers because it helps me keep track of how I'm doing compared to my past self and others.

The best hour of my day! Love the atmosphere and burn you get in every workout. The coaches are amazing and know exactly how to push each of us to our own ability levels. Fun environment and good for all fitness levels. Definitely a great overall workout every time you come in.

Orangetheory was a fitness regime that helped me overcome a weight plateau on my journey in 2022. However it is so much more… not only have I surpassed a weight loss of 45 lbs but also increased overall body strength & cardiovascular endurance, decreased fat loss and gained muscle mass more than I expected from the BodyScan for the Transformation Challenge. The OTF workouts are all different and I like not having to think about changing the workout routine since it’s done for you. I also enjoy the “community” where everyone is supportive and the new friendships I’ve made. Orangetheory is part of my lifestyle where I feel stronger, confident, healthy and happy!
Pushes me to lift a little more, go a little faster. I like getting corrected when I’m doing something wrong so that I get the most out of the exercises and I don’t get injured.
going to the Gym is great but boring for me. When I switched over to Orange Theroy my hour of exercise goes so fast. The instructors keep you engaged the entire time. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

It changes everyday and I don't have to think about it. I know I'll get a well-rounded workout that covers different muscle groups across the five days I go each week.
