I love the lift 45 class. Its great because I do cardio on my own, but hate to do weight lifting. so this class is perfect. Great music and the instructors are very motivating
It is a different workout each time I come in. The coaches and staff are amazing!
The variety of workouts changes frequently so I'm always working different muscle groups and having new challenges. I also appreciate the fact that coaches push us as a class during the workouts and like when we have goals to achieve as it makes me work harder.
I have never belonged to a gym and historically worked out on my own. With Orangetheory 5 and 6 am classes, I am now working out regularly and even look forward to my workouts (or at least the feeling after my workouts).
I do wish there were more 1.5 hour workouts as I can't always make the Sunday morning one and that we had an option for the weight only workout in Brea.

It is an overall work with modifications if you need them. There isn't competition between members. You strive to meet your personal best. It's coach led with encouragement. The class hours meet my needs.

It’s a great mix between cardio and weight workout
OTF workouts are fun, upbeat, challenging and the time goes by so fast. With the encouragement of the coaches, I push myself more than I would ever do on my own. In the past, I've never been one who liked group exercise classes, but OTF changed my opinion on that. It's a great workout for all ages.
