I love the energy, the treadmill, rowing, and lifting weights combo. The coaches are also a big part of why I go to classes. I love their energy and the motivation they give me to give it my all at every workout.

I love that even in a group setting each person can accomplish their individual fitness goals, regardless of where they are at in their journey. Being able to schedule workouts in advance has kept me accountable, and the availability of classes and studios regardless of my travel or work plans has made it easy to stick to a routine without making excuses. The benchmark challenges in between regularly scheduled classes might seem scary but I've really leaned in to them and it has been so great to see progress as I do them more and more!
In my limited experience of one session....I wasn't bored. It was hard, but I could still participate at a good level. I liked the challenge, and seeing the data/chart as to my performance. I thought the people were nice and friendly. I think this will really help me to get in shape!

My trainer Alex gives me the personal attention like I am the only one at the group sessionâŠthat makes the world of difference. And I love going to the 90min workouts on Sunday mornings at 6:30am. It gives me a great feeling of accomplishment at the end of a long week. I tell people the 90min class is like the cherry on top of my âSundayâ!!! đ
I love the three different workout stations. 60 minutes goes by pretty fast. I see the changes in my body and itâs motivating.
However, the playlist is so so. I wish it was more fun and upbeat. OT is a high intensity workout but most times the playlist kind of bland and it doesnât help to pump up my adrenaline. But overall, I absolutely love working out at OT!
Itâs quick and works out your whole body!
It's a great workout! I get a little bit of everything. And I push myself harder than I would if I were to be working out by myself. The coaches are all great. Even when you hope they don't notice, they do notice when I'm not using the proper technique (usually because it's easier my way).
I've been going to my OTF since it opened. It think it was 2016? Love it! I've never used a gym with as much consistency as I have with OTF. It's my "good" addiction.
Instructors and content of class
Workouts are so complete and diverse every day, I could see the difference in not only my body, but my mind was more balanced and relaxed. Trainers are super nice and I love that they correct my posture or even give me a particular option based on my physical capabilities. The desk front staff is super kind!!
