Great workout with variations
I love the variety it provides and how patient the instructors are. It's been some time since I have done a work out like this and I was very nervous, but the instructors have helped alleviate my anxiety and made me enjoy the classes!

Variety
I've been coming to OTF for 8 or 9 years now, and there isn't a better work-out anyplace! Best thing is everything! The music, the excersize routines, the nice trainers and staff, the clean club environment and it is priced well. The thing about excersize and working out is that every single person on this planet MUST move their bodies; whether they are feeling well or not. Do you want to eat every day? Then you must excersize every day! Even with injuries, a person must MOVE. Move it or lose it! I've gone through some injuries myself where I didn't want to get up and go to the gym, but I made myself go and sometimes it was painful. But this is where you WIN. The fountain of youth is located here at OTF, and it's not something you just can sit down and have the youth waters poured over you. The Fountain of Youth is the sweat that pours down your face and body while you're working out! Thank you!

I love the cardio and the strengthening. The instructor was very clear on what to do. Some instructors are hard to hear. Or they talk fast.
The down side of orange theory are the hours. I need more available hours to attend classes

Good energy, lotsof variety, can work at any level. Coaches are always energetic and upbeat. Nice people working there and attending the classes.
