I like the variety: most of the workouts are split up into treadmill, rower, and weights. The result is less time spent clock-watching, more time spent crushing the workout!
They are challenging, but fun. There is always something new. Using the heart rate monitor, I get to see up to the minute results on how hard I'm working.
Coaches are very encouraging and motivational. Classes are fun. Music is great. Environment is friendly and not intimidating.

I love the workouts each day at OTF and the coaches who coach us. They are encouraging, inspiring and motivating! Stephanie and Leslie are incredible coaches, who ensure we have proper form on the weight floor and always help us improve. The workouts give you the ability to work as hard as you want to. Its my favorite way to start my day!
It’s a different work out every day and I leave feeling invigorated. The coaches are great and keep you motivated to try your best even though it’s hard sometimes. Definitely a great way to get your heart rate up and use those muscles!
