The variety of the workouts makes the 55 minute class fly by. The trainers are very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend this gym.
You know when you go you are getting a good workout. The atmosphere helps motivate you to push yourself a little harder each time. The instructors are great! Would highly recommend trying OTF out!

I love how the coaches are very helpful with coming by and letting you know the correct way to do a floor exercise and they cheer you on! The coaches are all great!!
This might be a little different but I like dark and the orange lighting within the gym. I believe it’s easier on the eyes as opposed to a bright room. I like the fact that with the small amount of space in the gym, we’re able to get a full workout in. The coaches at OTF Irvine are nothing but the best! They motivate, entertain and push your body to force changes. There is no taking it easy and of the times I wanted to dial down my intensity, the coaches make me take it to the next level. I know I push myself harder and the results are self evident. The entire staff are polite. They really make an effort to know members by name, know what what their goals are and help guide each individual towards a successful lifestyle. Out of all the gym memberships I’ve ever had, OTF dues are well worth the returns. I’m forever grateful that I happened to accidentally stumble upon OTF while searching for gyms.

I love that it’s cardio and strength training and customizable for all fitness levels. I go 3-5 times a week and it never gets boring.

I don’t have a lot of time to workout between work and kids so I love that OTF is such an efficient use of my limited time. Workouts are different every day and really challenge me to try my best. I’m never bored at OTF because of this. The addition of the Strength 50 classes is great for days I don't want to do HIIT. All the coaches at the Laguna Niguel location are great, high energy, and very encouraging. Working out at OTF has become a part of my day that I really look forward to.
It really pushes me, yet I can still go at my own pace. Courtney is a great coach!

GREAT VIBE!!! Instructors are always so positive and uplifting. The workout is entirely individualistic (you challenge yourself and do the best you can), yet the "community" of this 'workout' is undeniable. The people next to you are doing their workout at their pace, but seeing them working hard makes you want to work hard.. no excessive resting, no cheating, no cutting corners. The immediate feedback you get with seeing your workout stats (% of max heart rate, calories, splat points) is a great motivator too... ('let me get one more splat point for this round!"). And its the best feeling in the world when you look at the person to your right and your left at the end of the workout and with big, well-deserved smiles of achievement, can say "good job!!!!":
Variety of the workout, motivating music, gym layout (great equipment, lighting, colors), sound system and instructor's directions and encouragement, friendly staff... all contribute to this GREAT VIBE!!!

Coach Alex, she is amazing, caring, and appreciate her skills in provide great in-depth health education to us. her encouragement (choice of words during workout) and support are always great! I love welcoming vibe and non-judgmental kind attitude from all Staff as well.
The coaches and full body workout.
I enjoy that is planned out and that you can go at your own pace. The trainers there offer assistance on how to do the moves properly.
From the moment I walk through the door, I am greeted by the wonderful staff. Cash made me feel like “I belong” when I was new and felt like I was in Jr High again. The trainers are all so positive and encouraging. (I love Kevin, Chelsi, and Duane!) All trainers are certified, knowledgeable and helpful.
I am highly motivated by the fitness monitors by receiving the feedback while working out. The best part is I do not have to think about what to do during my work out like I had to at other gyms.
The workouts are created incorporating cardio, strength training, and core work. The facility has plenty of ventilation and bathrooms are stocked and clean.
I love OTCDM. I leave each workout happy that I took time to focus on my health and fitness in such a positive environment.

I love how fast the time goes by, the music & coach & all around good vibes powers me through! Not having a phone to be distracted by or to have to think twice about what I'm doing is awesome. Way more successful in this setting than if I had to do it all on my own.
