I’ve been an OTF member on and off for a few years now, and I absolutely always come back because of the coaches and staff. I initially joined OTF to lose weight and to get in shape, but I’ve gained SO much more from OTF, and it has absolutely helped my mental health in the best way possible, and for that I am grateful.
I like that it's a full body workout and is backed up by science. The coaches really make the environment great when working out.
I like that the classes are almost every hour so if I have a conflict with the time I normally go I can find another class that day. Also, I love having my weightlifting planned for me.

This week was my first week back after a few years and every one from staff at the front to the coaches were helpful and kind.
Instructors are encouraging, friendly, you feel part of a family, workouts are organized, studio is very clean. The music selection allows for an energetic can do it attitude!! OTF Marina Pacifica is an excellent place to work out!

The intensity and pace along with the mix of cardio and strength.
It was hard, and I like to be pushed. Class teacher kept the energy fun. Would never push myself like that working out at the gym by myself
