Just a great workout to stay in shape at any age
I like coming in and having a planned workout. The coaches are great giving the instructions of what to do and how to do it.

Love the fact that I can get a full workout, including strength and cardio in one hour. I do recommend you warm-up prior to and cool-down and stretch afterward. These aspects are not the focus of the class, but they do encourage both. As a physical therapist, I see normal human nature and people tend to skip both... I call them "patients".
The classes are fast paced and the hour (or 90 minutes) flies by. Every session is challenging yet appropriate for all levels. Alex and the rest of the coaching staff know when to push you, recognize you and when to offer modifications or other options. I am someone who thought I was fit when I joined OTF Dana Point, but my strength and endurance immediately began to get better and I'm still climbing!
I like that I can come in to work out and not have to think about anything else. I like the energy from the coaches, and being given a full body workout with corrections and timing.
