I like that the workouts vary everyday, are challenging and that we are able to modify based on our fitness level or due to an injury.

Front staff is very friendly and welcoming. Coaches are enthusiastic and push you to get the best workout, very motivating and supportive. The energy of a group class is great and the playlist make it so much fun. The different challenges are great to challenge different levels of your fitness level. I feel stronger, healthier and inspired.

Extremely motivating! All coaches are amazing and have different ways of connecting to each one of the participants! Front office staff is beyond friendly and helpful! Class encompasses cardio and weights, giving each individual a goal to set at their own pace. All around fantastic workout in an hour! Can't beat that!!! I highly recommend this way of getting fit and reaching goals you never thought possible!!!
Targeted, specific, motivating, effective. I would like to suggest you possibly adding a 20 minutes abs workout class to the schedule.
Nick calls people out by name, so motivating. All coaches are friendly and high energy. Never had an issue with a teacher not showing up. Studio always clean. It’s been great

I love the coaches! You can feel the energy when you walk in the door. Helping members reach their fitness goals is the coach’s passion. The workouts are varied and keep you motivated to keep coming back for more.
The workout really gets your heart rate going and you feel great when you finish the class! Best 60min workout by far!
I love Erika and Joey! Every one is awesome though. I get such a good workout. It's nice being a part of a community, but still being able to focus on your individual effort.
Doing an OT workout at least 2x/week has really boosted my fitness level. Great workouts, always different and well paced. Instructors are excellent and attentive.

I love the energy and motivation from the instructors, I love the equipment, I love the music, I love group fitness at orange theory! Sometimes personal space on the weight side can be in issue depending on the exercises.
The workouts at Orange Theory Irvine are first class. It is not the same every time you go which keeps it interesting and makes it fun to go. On top of that the coaches at Irvine are the best, they know just when to push you to go that little bit faster on the tread or lift a little bit heavier on the weight floor so you get the most out of the workout.
Encouragement, go at your own pace, but end up wanting to push and do more.
I have had athletic accomplishments at 61 when I thought for decades that I would never have that feeling again.

The coaches are good but Stephanie and Josh are stellar! They both pushes to the place i never thought I Can do. I always feel good after their class.
Good variety of exercises, fun and energetic coaches, and goal driven format (reaching # of splats, benchmarks, etc.)
Awesome coaches and workout routines. The vibe with the community in the gym is always great, positive and uplifting.

It works many muscles per class and I am one who does better having a coach guide me and it is only 1 hour!!
Variety, community, great coaches, convenient schedule, memberships are portable (can go to other studios while traveling).
