I like how it incorporates weights and cardio. I love that everyday is a different workout. The coaches are all very motivating and offer great alternatives for different levels and any possible injuries.

I like that I don't have to think about anything. I can just show up and spend an hour being motivated and coached through a challenging workout.

One thing I like about the coaches is that they nicely show me how to correct my form if I’m not doing something right.
I have had several new coaches over this past year and they are consistently good!!!
Also, Abbey at the front desk is great! She is very friendly and always has a smile on her face!

One thing.... actually everything that I love about the workouts at orange theory is just the encoragment and the support from everyone in the gym. I’m actually super proud that they have updated the heart rate monitors for everyone including the women I’m actually able to see more splat points than I could have ever gotten. I also love the support and motivation from all my coaches. Two coaches in particular from foothill ranch Corey on Monday’s is always helping me and encouraging me to push harder or challenge me in any way. It feels like I accomplished a huge effort everytime I take his class and he’s always got a great attitude. Another is Amber she’s always so spunky and always giving her 100% in class I love how everytime I’m in class both coaches would point me out and say “like gabby” or “Gabby’s got this” I can never make it through a class without smiling or just laughing the coaches always see the best side of me. Lastly I love how each day is different and how I can challenge myself and push myself a little each day especially running where I managed to shave off 30 mins on my mile. To the best studio in foothill you guys are the best.

My favorite part about orange theory is the fact that it’s a community. Everyone supports one another fitting the workouts and you leave feeling positive!

Love the group classes and coaches! I hate cardio but I’ve become a jogger/runner since starting classes, which I never thought would happen. Definitely pushes you to try harder. Best decision ever!

The workouts are always good...the coaches are good...and the staff is nice. You really can’t go wrong.
Daisy is a phenomenal coach, and her music selection is A++ - facility is always clean, staff very professional - I drive out of my way to come to this location vs. another OTF facility closer to my house. Well done Marc & Team!
Intensity.
Instructors are great.
I go to classes taught by Chris and Mark. They’re awesome and really push me to get the most out of the workout. Plus I like the other members who regularly attend the same time. It’s easy to be motivated when others are too.
The staff and coaches are amazing. I’ve been to multiple OT in different states. Tustin is by far my favorite!

Something different most of the days. I like the treadmill work because I don’t have to pay attention to miles or time, coach tells me when to change it up.
I also like how the coaches are all willing to help out and encouraging.
Never boring!
My favorite coaches are Jo and Jordan. They don’t antagonize progress and have amazing music.
I love that I get to do cardio and weights with a trainer in under an hour. I also love to push myself into the orange and red zones each time. It’s the perfect workout!
the challenge.
Front desk staff is incredibly inviting and welcoming every single visit I've ever had. The coaches are all energetic and motivating (minus 1 who I don't seem to vibe with well). Other than that, its the best 1 hour workout ever and I've recommended it to tons of friends...just not all of them have taken my word for it yet :)
