Love the coach-led workouts that are different every day. Love the fast pace, fun music and great energy! The coaches know your name and care about each person. They motivate and encourage me. This is my happy place.

I enjoy the variety and the change up every day
I love the energy of orange 60 classes, especially from the music! Lift 45 is my favorite though, to focus on form and building muscle. The coaches are great and very personable.
The high intensity workouts. I like working up a good sweat. Also, the floor exercises helps with flexibility and muscle toning.

I like that you can follow along with the coaches and monitor what your body is doing with the heart rate monitor. I also like seeing progress over time with the app.

It’s organized and I come in for an hour and it’s a mix of weightlifting and cardio. I love that there’s also weightlifting classes that helps.
I enjoy the training focus and training to avoid injury. It’s a lifetime fitness organization.
Variety and length and group and coaches
It was really fun and loved the energy in the room. Looking forward to my next workout on Sunday and I am bringing my daughter in on the action as well.
