What do you like about our workout?

I like the variety in the workout. No two workouts are ever the same! I like the coaches encouraging me, correcting my form and providing alternative exercises when I can’t do one. I like that I don’t have to think of what to do, they tell us and we do! Lastly, I like that it is an individual workout but done with the company if others working out too.

Awesome workout better than I expected. Trainer was right on me and made sure that I was doing the exercises correctly. I look forward to extending my fitness and exercising on a regular basis.

This is the most motivating workout I have ever done. The hour goes by so quickly and in one year I am so happy with the changes that happened to my body through the mix of cardio and strength workouts.

Love the trainers and the staff. I get enough positive feedback in my workouts to push an extra few seconds, but I also feel like I’m pushing myself too. It is a perfect blend of hard work and fun even when the workouts are tough. It is one of the best parts of my day even when I’m exhausted.

It's different each class. I also like how I'm connected to my workout by seeing my efforts on the monitor. I like the smaller classes and how the coaches keep everyone on track. It's an individual workout with a community feel.

Intensity, camaraderie, passion.
I know each workout will test my strength, endurance and resolve. Every workout at Orangetheory is created to challenge every member in the gym, in its own way. Whether you want to run a 6 minute mile, drop some weight, increase strength and endurance, or just be healthier and active, OTF does it all. As with any gym, you get out of it what you put in. Orangetheory exceeds my expectations and tests me daily, definitely!
As I workout with the other 20+ members in the class, there's a natural competition and closeness that occurs. You might only see each other in class, or you might develop a friendship beyond the gym. The short of it is, the workout breeds fellowship among the membership. Everyone executing the same exercises and rotations, at the same time, creates a connection because we all are doing it together. Members can stay in touch with each other's accomplishments through studio photos and social media posts. We're all in this thing together!
The staff and trainers have one goal, and that's to help each member reach or exceed their personal goals and expectations. Coaches are attentive throughout each class and provide individual assistance to members regarding form and safety, and set the pace for the entire session. Each trainer challenges members to achieve, based on personal goals, and members are encouraged to challenge themselves and reach new heights.
There's easily 10 more reasons I love Orangetheory, and everyone has their own reasons for loving it. I come here because I can see the excitement everyone (members, staff & coaches) has in being a part of the atmosphere... And the results are obvious.
