Every class is unique. The exercises are modified if need be (and I always need a modification). I love seeing the calories burned and splat points listed on the screen.
The variety of the workouts is great because it works all muscle groups and mixes strength and cardio training. The team environment and the coaches are all motivational.

I absolutely love the coaches and staff at the Langhorne Studio. They are encouraging, motivating and each coach and staff member has their own special touch that adds to the team. The only thing that I would recommend is staggering the benches. Since we added more stations the floor can get tight when we do any bench work and some members don't seem to know gym etiquette and safety when working around others in a small space. I've opted to skip some exercises because the person next to me moved their bench too close to my station so I was unable to do any kind of jump safely over the bench. Staggering the benches before class or leaving them that way all the time may help?
How each workout is different (some better then others lol) and the coaches motivation to push you throughout the workout.

It is a quick 60 minute workout with a lot of rigor. The coach guides me and tells me what to do so it motivates me to do it!
I love the biofeedback element of OTF! The instructors are very engaged and motivating, and the classes remain fresh and varied.

Motivating and targets the whole body.
Structured workout that has direct exercises maximized for cardio and core body. No down time. Tyler kicks butt and holds no prisoners. You get gains in 2 weeks. On the treadmill after doing a push, you go back to a base base AND NOT a walk,, this is tough but increases your cardio performance. Big PLUS, is after workout you feel OK and ready for work.
I love that each coach pushes you to do your best and then push some more.

The structure and the diverse exercises every class
I feel motivated to do a lot more than I would if I was just going to my regular gym. The instructors are all great, but Ang is my favorite. The workouts are brutal but I feel great afterwards. I have recommended OTF to many of my friends and tell them how the UCity staff have been great to me since day 1.
It was a different type of challenge
It was amazing! Exceeded my expectations. Everyone was ready to workout (at their own pace). I felt amazing after and even had a great night sleep because of it!
