What do you like about our workout?

I really like the cardio workout/sprints combined with the strength training. I prefer cardio and slack on strength so I like the balanced/forced approach to doing both - if it were me on my own, I would stick to the treads, but I appreciate the mix up every day with weights and rower.

What do you like about our workout?

Pretty much everything... it's been the only workout I've been able to stick too . I love that it changes each day... but I also love that the more I go the more comfortable and familiar I am with the workouts.

Clear concise directions. Facility large open clean. Doylestown people overall not the friendliest so wo t hold that against anyone.

What do you like about our workout?

Everything! The method, and the motivation factor is a huge plus! I have tried several workouts before, and my body changed for the best after I joined OTF. No other gym can beat OTF- from the workouts to the awesome music and the awesome staff. I always take Coach Danny's class, and end up sore for days which is great because I know the workout is working big time as I plateau with workouts fast. The workouts here are never the same, which leaves my body guessing and unlike other classes, every workout is totally different and fun. Thank you OTF Ardmore!

What do you like about our workout?

I enjoy this type of interval training class. I find the daily routine change keeps me enriched and motivated to continue to attend and not get bored. One of my past issues was remaining engaged with my exercise routine to keep me motivated to continue. I have scene results in a short time and I leave the class feeling more motivated to come back every time. I think the coaches in this location are excellent. Specifically Michelle, Stacey, Sharon and Rachel.

Staff is very welcoming. Workout room very spacious and open which also makes the sound quality better than most studios. Tony led a great workout out. Easy to hear and follow the workout.
