I love how I'm getting in such great shape while having so much fun! I like that the coaches each have their styles and really appreciate getting pushed to my limits during my workouts.
It is never boring, and it feels challenging without feeling impossible. So many workout classes make a beginner feel like it’s too hard to continue but Orangetheory makes it exciting to go back each time. Every single Coach is welcoming and caring about you and your journey.
I like the compact one hour workout set to good music and form guidance by knowledgable and friendly coaches . I like being able to see my heart rate on the screen and getting reward splat points . I push myself more at these classes then I would otherwise. I like the strength and core exercises and working with the straps. I like the good ventilation with many fans and front door open which is comforting in this covid and flu era. I like the natural high afterwards and boost in energy for the rest of the day. It's a good healthy way to start off my day. And it's an activity I do with my family - spouse and daughter. I like the emailed results of my workout.

I love the studio, but the coaches are really great. Heather and Gene are my faves and always keep me motivated!
I like how you are in a group but it is also individual. You have support and help when you need it but you also are in control of your workout. The coaches keep you on pace and help you with your form for weights if you need it. The other members in class are motivated and will also give you encouragement. I feel tired when I am done but not wiped out! I didn’t know if I would enjoy it but I really do!
I appreciate the energy from the staff and how easy it is to get a full body workout in if you show up consistently.
