I don't think the workouts ever repeat, always new and challenging! OT Applewood's equipment (treadmills, rowers, free weights, bikes) are also maintained, and rarely if ever do they have an outage. I always get a great workout at OT Applewood!!

The coaches are amazing. They really make the workouts special. I enjoy running and rowing so the cardio challenges are a huge bonus for me. I dislike lifting weights but the incorporation of all modalities keeps me "honest" in my health journey. I am so strong and OTF augments my outdoor pursuits; snowboarding and surfing. I honestly do not think at the ripe age of 48 I would be able to participate in backcountry skinning/riding and surf excursions without the strength and endurance the studio has afforded me.
The studio accepts all walks of life, all are welcome, and health is a top priority for all staff and it really shows.
The instructors are enjoyable and the studio feels welcoming. I appreciate when we use the entire 60 minutes to work out (and not finish early). Still wish we could warm up earlier or start a few minutes early so we could have a longer warm up.
Great coaches both mornings I went in! Studio has the subtle lavender smell that is amazing - haven't experienced that in any other studio -LOVE it!
