Variety, good music, motivating coaches
The workouts are challenging, Coach Ann is awesome, and there are a variety or weekday times to attend; only thing I'd like to see is Saturday afternoon times (3 and 4 p.m.)

I enjoy Orange Theory Fitness because I can cater my workout to what I need that day. There are some days, I need a hard workout. There are some days I need an easy workout. Whatever day it is, I have the ability to cater to my needs on that day.

Super fun and fast ! Also, there was a goal in mind. Makes it easier to focus and let go of other things that might distract you normally. Great people too! Very friendly.
I love the pace & the variety of the workout. I work harder in my OT hour than I have ever managed to do on my own. The trainers are wonderfully informative and encouraging. The entire vib of the studio is upbeat and friendly.

Fun instructors, fast paced, hour goes quick and it's challenging!!!
I've been going to OTF Uptown for a little over a year and I still love it. The coaches are fun and helpful and the front desk always has a friendly face. Shout out to Anne, Charlie, Scott and Amelia. You guys rock!

I feel good working out. The workouts are hard but that's what makes it good
Enjoyed the instructor, the monitors and how it measured HR, Kcals, and time in the zones.
Great class but a bit expensive for us at this point.
