It is different every day, so you don't get bored. Coaches give specific feedback as needed regarding form while doing exercises, and are very motivating.
It’s like having a personal trainer and takes the thinking out of the workout for me.
I like what Orange Theory is. The group workout and the different stations. I also like Hannah and Ross at this location. I have been to the Lowry location and really like Tiffany as well. It is a great concept for me. I also like the monitor. This pushes me to do more.

Love how the hour goes by so fast! I also love the heart rate monitors. While I'm in the weight lifting area my heart rate will drop so low! Being able to see that makes me push that much harder to get into the green zone.

Intensity, each person controls their own output, and instructor quality.
It’s always different so I don’t get bored. I burn a lot of calories too. And there are plenty of class times to fit my schedule.
I love that it is new every day and that you get a great full body workout every single time! It is never a wasted workout!

Time passes quickly
Variety. Never the same workout, which always challenges the muscles. I wouldn’t do this on my own, so it’s nice to have someone else push me to sprint and lift. Plus, I work harder when I’m next to someone else who’s also pushing hard.
The staff has been great, which is the biggest part of success.

What’s not to like? I love how each OTF workout challenges my mind and body. I am always setting new goals and achieving them when reaching new PR’s! Every class is different and that keeps the workout interesting and challenging. I love the feeling of strength and satisfaction after each workout.
I can go to Orangetheory and not have to think about what workout I'm going to do that day. The workouts are specifically designed to provide you with the best full-body workout each time. I've never felt healthier or more fit being a member here.
The one thing I would change is let people in early to warm up again! This one-hour-only system stinks. I felt I got a much-better workout when we were able to go in early and run beforehand. Go back to that!
