What do you like about our workout?

I love everything about my OTF workout! I love the variety and how I can just show-up and OTF has done the rest...they have the music on point, the workouts planned and I can just go! I get such a good workout for my mind and body. There's no better way to start a day!

What do you like about our workout?

Simply put, I love going to OTF. Knowing that I don’t have to come up with my own workouts is a huge relief and I know I am going to be getting results. I also know that when I show up, I have someone who is there to push me to be my best version. The coaches are there to make a difference and you know that they love the people they work with.

What do you like about our workout?

Scheduling a class with a coach I know keeps me accountable. Having a template and benchmarks keeps me accountable and helps me push myself. I also like having the splat points and caloric burn data.

What do you like about our workout?

The coaches (YAY Adam, Sonja and Alyssa!) and friendly member atmosphere make the classes great. 10/10

Please get rid of Steve Aoki they are the worst - I have taken all three and it is a bad partnership and missing your target market. They music is mind numbing to workout to and gives me a headache.

What do you like about our workout?

I love that it's different every time and all I need to do is show up. I love that I can grow in my workout and get stronger, even at age 47. I feel stronger and more capable and confident in everything I do.

What do you like about our workout?

Great mix of coaches, specifically Andrew/Trevor...Andrew does an amazing job motivating each person, has multiple conversations with each person pushing them/challenging them...makes it very personal...I feel my workouts with Andrew are better due to the above reason....

Always a great workout, fast-paced, led by motivating coaches, awesome variety, positive atmosphere (including front desk people & coaches), workouts target endurance, stability, strength, flexibility - all important components, clean & well-maintained space and equipment.

I really the new formats.
I also enjoy the variety of the the rowing, running and floor. They workouts are consistently challenging and the coaches are great!

What do you like about our workout?

The best workout in can get in an hour and the coaches inspire you to be your best motivating you also the entire class while making sure that you are doing all the exercises correctly. Plus the community is something you can't get from a big box gym.

What do you like about our workout?

It’s always a challenge and I can make it my own challenge because I can go at my own pace. I have a love/hate relationship with the rowers. I hate them but I know it’s so good for me so I love it. The only thing I wish we had was more weights in the 15-35lb size.

The coaches are ALWAYS so engaged and encouraging about pushing a little harder. They truly care about me getting a great workout. I love my Shakopee OT and look forward to each and every class.

What do you like about our workout?

It’s the best 60 minutes of my day! I love that I don’t have to think about my work out because my coach is guiding me throughout the class. I love the heart rate monitors because it helps ensure I’m achieving my goals. Ultimately,I get out of the work out what I put into it…
