I enjoy the structure, variety and challenges each workout brings. Things I would never think of to do at the gym on my own. The coaches help and make it fun, and keep me motivated. It's great being part of a group even though you do you own pace and make the workout your own.
The energy is always there! The coaches do a great job of keeping me on task, pumping me up, and even offering advice to keep me safe and tuned in.

I like how it's structured, with a mix of cardio and strength training. I also appreciate how willing the trainers are to help if I have any questions. The board that shows the workouts makes it really easy to follow along if I forget the order or I am worried about my form. Finally, I appreciate the range of other people in the class. It's not just a bunch of gym bros being loud and annoying, it's a good mix of people who are respectful of one another and I feel comfortable working out with everyone.
I like the class availability, music, instructors and variable intensity. You can adjust to make the class easier or harder as you want. I like running on the treadmill, otherwise it might not be as enjoyable. The phone app is very good, although it reboots itself every time you open it. I like being able to schedule my workout, show up, workout hard and move on with my day. The best workouts are the ones where things get mixed up, like moving to the rowers as a break from the floor, or having a treadmill break, or multiple swaps between floor and treadmill.
Challenging workout but I can do it at my pace and level. Coaches are so friendly. I like that they walk me right through the workout so I don’t have to be a fitness expert to do the workouts.
The coaches are the best!
All I have to do is show up and listen to the coach’s tell us what to do.
How the coaches hype up everything and continue to encourage and push us. Overall, I think the coaches at Saint Louis Park are the best. The energy that many of them bring is amazing, and extremely encouraging. Also, those at the front desk who may not coach are also always inviting and happy to see everyone. While I love the structure of OTF and not having to plan my workout, I come back to OTF Saint Louis Park for the staff!
I love that every day the workout is different. That keeps it from getting boring like Title Boxing. I also love the enthusiasm and energy of the coaches. They really motivate you to keep pushing.

The staff is absolutely great. They are kind, helpful and respectful. The facility is always clean, too.
I really enjoy the coaches! They are always pushing you, but in a good and positive way. They explain the workout really well and if there is a need for modification they are always willing to help find one for you!

Trainings are different everyday and push you to put your max effort. Coaches are really well prepared and motivate you to give your 100% and more. Staff is friendly and there is an overall good vibe. You leave the studio better than when you arrived.
