Very well designed. I don't have to think about what to do. I know it will always be a good workout. I like it being group - one on one is TOO much attention. The coaches at OTH Maple Grove really care and build relationships with you. They are also good at 'reading the room' and give you your space when you need/want it. The coaches energy and passion and expertise is so great! This makes all the difference. They motivate me when nothing else can!

It's always different. I supplement this with the normal gym to change things up. They push you to work harder and get better
I love the vibrancy. Grand Ave is the best studio I've ever been to. The people make me want to come back. I feel very supported by all the staff. I wish OrangeTheory as a program would stop with the repeating templates. That change has dramatically decreased my enjoyment of the workouts. If it weren't for the community at Grand Ave, I would have likely moved to another fitness solution because of this shift. If I could give OrangeTheory a rating, I would give it something closer to 5/10 because of the broken promise made to members ("you'll never repeat a workout", as told me me when I signed up in 2018), prevalence of partner work, and focus on arbitrary and stressful benchmarks. However, the Grand Avenue Orangetheory location is a shining star in the boutique fitness industry. Its ownership seems to care about members. Its branch manager is committed to making the environment fun and welcoming. The staff are so kind, even when we as members complain about silly things. Grand Ave deserves a 15/10 for everything it does for its members and community.
All of the trainers are incredible at Chanhassen! They truly make your exercising experience a fun one! I used to hate cardio but since going to Orange theory I can’t live without now! I’ve never said that in my entire life.
Charlton is so innovative with his flexibility block! I love his flexibility blocks because I always learn something new and he tailors his blocks to what exercises we worked on that day. I would definitely goto a Flexibility workshop if he offered one to learn more!
The trainers at Eagan are the best - Kyla, Liz, Walker are the core and Brie is a great manager. The guest trainers from other locations rock as well.
It was awesome. Super supportive staff, welcoming, and non threatening. The workouts are well managed and the time goes by fast! Love it.

I love how there is structure to it, but you also feel like you have some control. I love the coaches. They are supportive and encouraging. They push you without being in your face. Honestly, OTF feels like a group fitness class, but it also feels like you are working out on your own. It's an amazing meld. Also, I have always heard that if you schedule your workouts, you will be more likely to keep them. I never did. Ever. But now, with the OTF app, I really feel like I am committed to showing up every single time I sign-up for a class.

OTF workouts are high-energy, efficient, coach-led, and fun. Each coach cares genuinely about the OTF members in their class(es) and makes the most of each workout. I truly leave each class feeling more energized with a sense of accomplishment. The OTF style of workouts is exactly what I need to stay engaged and interested in working out. OTF has helped me meet my fitness goals. I highly recommend!
Everything! The variety, the coaches, the staff, the inclusive environment, the community, the music, the equipment, the energy, the class options, and that fact that the workouts are different each day.
I love the community, coaches, and fitness associates that greet us like family. The workouts are changed up, challenging and fun. They can also be adjusted to meet personal goals and/or physical limitations.

Great workout and variety
The coaches guide you through the workout which allows you to improve workout to workout. I also really enjoy the combination of cardio and strength, I feel like I get the best combination of both.
