Great coaches, wonderful community. Love the workouts!
It gives me exactly what I need. A full blown, total health workout, with cardio, strength and flexibility training…..in 60 minutes! No wandering around in a big box gym, deciding what to do, waiting for others to finish on a particular station. Show up. Do….to the best of your ability… what coach tells you to do and 60 minutes later, you’re exhausted and feel AMAZING! And I’m on, with my day.

I like that you get an all over workout. The coaches keep you going and there’s no time to think about how it hurts because you are moving quickly to the next thing! You jump in-do the workout-and then you’re done! You’re always glad that you came, you always get a great workiut!
The way it's guided, the challenge, modifications when needed and of course the staff is top notch!! The staff is so welcoming and encouraging they just make you want to push hard.
The format is great, good cardio and weight training in 1 hr a day. Love the coaches and good value for the membership. Love that I just show up and they tell you what to do, never gets boring and the hour flies by.

It's no wonder that place is a "flagship" of the Orangetheory fleet! Besides being clean and tidy, well organized and accessible, this location is made even better by its exceptional staff. Joe was the most attentive, informative employee anyone could hope for. He managed the front area with warmth, wisdom, and grace. As each new client came in, Joe greeted them by name, asked specific questions of many (showing his relationship with the clients and genuine care), and helped everyone in a timely and efficient manner. Then, we stepped into class and were thrilled to be in the hands of "coach" Noah! He took good care of everyone, shared the routines with clarity and brevity, inspired us all, and also knew his clients personally.
We have been to a few Orangetheory locations throughout the US, and Plymouth, MN was a top-notch experience!
