It is always a good workout and something different. The coaches are amazing!
I like the energy that comes from the coaches and members. The workouts include strength, mobility, flexibility and cardio. Every class is different from the others, so the classes aren't monotonous where you do the same thing repeatedly.
I love the coaches, they are all excited and into the classes. The club is always super clean and the other people working out are warm and friendly. Parking at the club I use is always available and easy. My only constructive criticism is about the music. Im decades older than many in my class and I wish that the music was a bit more diverse.

The coaches push you to your limit and the workouts are not the same which is nice for variety.
I struggled to consistently stick with any workout routine or gym prior to joining OTF. I’ve been going to OTF usually 3-4 times per week now for over a year, and absolutely love it. The workouts are always different, challenging (but doable), and the coaches are so engaging and encouraging.

A good burn every time, coach support and exercise options to accommodate for injuries vs stop working out. Members support one another and champion success goals!
Even though I'm dealing with some knee- shoulder issues, I can adapt the workout to me and still get an intense workout. The variety of the workouts is great, lots of challenges and Benchmark workouts to monitor your progress. Instructors are high energy and keep it all moving.
Love the energetic coaches. I really appreciate when they call out the strider. It’s a tough workout but they make it fun.
