I like that the workouts are different every time, and there’s lots of variety within each workout session as well. I love using the OTBeat tracker to capture my heart rate and calories burned, with the email right after the workout showing me my results and allowing me to compare to previous workouts. I also love the coaches — they have positive energy, are encouraging, and make working out fun!
At Orangetheory I am able to get great cardio work and great strength work, with classes led by awesome, personable coaches.

I always know I’m going to get a GREAT workout and don’t have to think about/decide what workout I’m doing that day. I appreciate the fun environment and upbeat staff.
The variety of the classes keeps me engaged. I like that the classes are always different and that I will get a good workout whenever I’m there. The coaches really want you to succeed and will make corrections or encourage you to try new things.
I love that the workout is cardio and strength in every session and it is 60 minutes long. The involvement of a coach during the workout makes it easy to complete a workout this long and strenuous. I love that it is a group excercise too.

I love being an able to come into OTF and get a great workout. The workouts are constantly changing (at least for the first half of the month) and I really like that the workouts repeat later in the month so I can see if I’ve improved/progressed. Never a dull moment and always challenging.
The best thing about OTFMG is the people - the coaches and staff. They are knowledgeable, professional, respectful, motivating, and seem to be interested in each person and how they are doing. They make a point to say hello and goodbye and address each person by their name. This made me feel like I was part of this little community from my first month there. The next best thing are the workouts and stats I get afterward to follow my progress. I find this motivating and interesting and I can see exactly where I need to work on something and where my strengths are. The only downside to OTF is there is not enough time between classes to just sit down and get to know people so keep those social events coming!
The coaches know my name and use it to encourage me to challenge myself or keep it up.
Also, I like a lot of tread. Please no switches/tornados.
