The Coaches and guided workouts
I like the mix of cardio and weights that you get in every class. I also like that it’s not the same workout over and over again.
LOVE OTF! Realistically, I get a full workout in 55 minutes and feel great. OTF takes the work out of it (no pun intended), it’s a prebuilt circuit and I trust the coaches. It’s fun, I don’t have to think about it, and I am done in an hour.

I love the support and hype from the trainers and how welcoming the staff is. The other members are also very nice and I appreciate that it's people of varying fitness levels, shapes and sizes.

I love the music, the intensity, that I just have to show up and do what the coach tells me, and I know I’ll get a great workout. I love that it removes all the thinking and decision-making from my plate. I love that I’ve learned new exercises. I love that every day is a different workout. Just started with this gym. The workouts are great. Each day I’ve been a little sore in a different area. This tells me I’m working my whole body. Im excited to see results.
Short sprints for base, push and all out, in addition to the rotations throughout.
Variety, instructors, convenience
Structured but varied. Pushes me to do things I wouldn’t normally do. Has drastically helped me improve my strength and to a lesser degree my speed.
I like that it is based on heart rate so you can really tailor your workout to the level that you are currently at! As a beginner, this helped it to be less intimidating for me when I was getting started.
