OTF St Louis Park offers a great workout with experienced instructors in a clean and fun environment. I’ve been a member for 3+ years and love the community of instructors, front desk staff and other members. It’s a great workout that increases your strength, endurance and confidence in your body—facilitating MORE LIFE!
The way it’s always different
Workouts are fun and fast paced. The coaches offer amazing support and instruction and the front desk staff is always welcoming. I like that the workouts have different focuses and are always challenging so you get a great total body workout.

Excellent coaches, workouts are easy to schedule and plan using the app, workouts vary daily and are always challenging but doable.
I really like everything! I have been going consistently since 2016 and it still challenges me every time I go! I really like the coaches they will modify the workout for you if you are dealing with a injury and still get a good workout. I was a power walker when I started and now a runner! I used to hate running and now I love it so much that I just ran my first marathon! The workout has helped me accomplish so many goals to losing 160pounds to running a marathon! It has completely changed my life!
Coaches and staff are the 💣. They are motivating and guiding while not over attending.
Class times and Flexibility: ability to sign up month+ in advance or 15mins before class.
Community/Get-togethers outside of class are fun, well put-together and well attended.
I enjoy the workout variety, the mix of flexibility, core, strength, and cardio. The staff has an uplifting and positive attitude, for the most part [we all have bad days :) ]
I have enjoyed the partner workouts recently. I like getting to know my fellow member more and I think it adds to the workout.
The workouts are intense but give results. The Coaches are awesome and a special shout out to Ben,Ryan & Mitch.
You are encouraged to go at your own pace but quitting is not an option

It's like a really fun gym class with music, and the feeling afterwards is awesome.
I love the variety of workouts. The combination of cardio and weights is perfect for me. Specifically maple grove has an amazing owner and awesome community.
Variety is key for me. I like Orange Theory because each class has an unique twist to make each workout fresh and not mundane. Top Instructors: Ryan and Ben!

I enjoy the variety of workouts and how the coaches push us. I feel like I am in better shape than I was twenty years ago. I also really enjoy the people, from the other members, the coaches and the staff. It really is a community.
My favorite part of the work out is strength training.
It’s a no brainer, I show up and they tell me what to do! I don’t have to plan or think OT does it all for me. There’s a great variety too so I don’t get bored.
