My coach stayed after to answer my questions about rowing and show me the right way to do it. The coach gave me tips about my form so that I was doing weights with the correct form.

The trainers are very attentive, always positive and encouraging. The front desk is quick to greet you, by name, when you walk in the door, and the workout pushes me harder then I would on my own. I love it!

Everything! Working out is actually fun! Every class pushes you to do something out of your comfort zone. The hour goes by so quickly and you feel great the rest of your day!
The enthusiasm of the coaches and the one hour awesome workout. No pressure.
I like someone telling me what to do, demonstrating how to do it properly and giving options for some of us who aren't as fit or strong as others. I like being able to use a bike vs. treadmill since I was injured last year. I never feel pressure but I think having others around me pushes me to work harder.
