It is definitely worth the price. It’s amazing what the body can do, and how it can change over time. Just a few months ago, my fitness level was at a low. I was completely consumed by work. Despite my confusion during the first class, Kristi was very thorough and determined I would do great. This is the only thing that has been consistently getting me to the gym for a couple years. I kept returning, and now my cardio level is back again! All the coaches are so encouraging and positive. I love the structure, and uniqueness of every workout. It’s easy on the mind, I just show up and work as hard as I can. I don’t even need to prepare a playlist! I rated it one star below a 10 because it’s unsuitable to friends that have a strict budget or rigid schedule. It’s also difficult to get into classes the day of.

Feels worthwhile EVERY time. Coaches are great, the system for signing up for classes is easy and efficient, the workouts are not boring, and I work out far harder than I ever would on my own.
A lot of things! I like that it's nearly a hour. 30 min is too short. The variety is great, never the same thing two workouts in a row and within a workout having a mix of cardio and strength work too. And the coaches are fantastic. They are fun, encouraging, challenging, and helpful. Plus they do a great job of letting you know what is coming so you can focus on your work and effort without trying to keep track of all the schedule details.

I LOVE OTF because we never do the same workout twice!!! The atmosphere is Amazing and the trainers are Fabulous!!! If you are injured they know exactly what you should/shouldn’t be doing and give you GREAT alternatives so you can still get a KILLER workout in!!! I recommend OTF everyday!!! Love it!!!

I love the structure and accountability. I have a hard time getting out of bed in the morning, but once I'm done with the workout, I'm ready to start my day!

I like that it's HIIT and provides both cardio and weights. I also like that there are so many class times to choose from. The trainers at Roseville are outstanding!

Good cardio. Just wish I didn’t have to buy an orange theory specific heart rate monitor because I already have a really nice one so it seems wasteful.

I appreciate the encouragement no matter what the fitness level. I’m not fit, yet the instructors didn’t make me feel that way, which is a huge fear and likely the reason many overweight people don’t go to a gym. Thanks OTF for being just what I need.
