I like that you can tailor the workout to what challenges you. This way, works are fun and challenging to those like me, who were on the couch a few months ago, and also people in great shape who have been working out for years. Coaches are great about challenging you, but also giving options and modifications when needed.

Every workout is different. The coaches are all excellent motivators to push harder and do better. The tunes are awesome. The feedback on the beat board is motivating--I have to earn at least 12 splat points! High intensity interval training increases mitochondrial health and cuts the cravings. The workouts are balanced with a combination of cardio and weight training. Everyone there is upbeat & positive!
