The coaches and environment is very motivating.
The coaches and the staff are welcoming, encouraging, and positive. The workouts are varied, working all the major muscle groups, and the music is great!
Lastly, with small class sizes (24 or less), you get to know a lot of the other members of OTF. They are supportive of each other, as everyone is striving to be their best self. It is a very positive environment.
All trainers were supportive and easy to talk to. I enjoyed the class.

I love how challenging Orangetheory Fitness is everyday, some more than others. It is workouts that I would never be able to put together on my own and push myself, and the coaches do a great job explaining and encouraging me and everyone during the workouts, and make sure you are using the proper technique to get the most out of the workout but also to prevent injury. As much as it challenges me it is a lot of fun too, especially seeing the same people in class, it is a great community. I'd recommend it to anyone of any level of fitness, you get out of it what you put into it so if you are a beginner or a marathon runner you can do the same class without any issue. Definitely would recommend anyone looking to improve their fitness, mental or physical health to give it a try!
Getting in there and doing butt stuff!
It allows me to work at my own pace but pushes me harder than I would if I did it on my own. I get heart rate up and feel good after I leave.

Good mix that gives you cardio and strength workout. You can push yourself as hard as you want. Trainers and music provide good motivation.
