Great staff here and everyone is always so friendly! Coaches are the best at any of the locations I have been to and really care about what they are doing. The only thing I would change is sometimes there's not enough time between classes, especially on Friday afternoons. The 4pm, 5pm, 6pm schedule doesn't work great and sometimes there are no lockers, people waiting for the bathroom to change, parking woes, and class starts late. The 15 or 20 minute buffer between classes is really helpful!
Structure & monitoring heart rate
I like that it’s all spelled out on the board before I start, so I know the total number of rows I’ll have to do. I like that there’s no downtime, so I can keep my heart rate up. I like that the monitors are color-coded for quick analysis of my rate. I like the encouragement from the coaches, and the camaraderie of the other members. The “team” feeling makes me want to compete with other peoples’ numbers and see if I can catch up or go further. I like that I don’t have to make decisions about how far to run or how much weight to lift. It’s dummy-proof. All I have to do is show up. I love it.
They are not or seem to be never the same. Motivating. Great for all fitness levels. Encouraging coaches!
I like the mix of treadmill, rowing, and free weights that I can work at my level. The coaches are great at giving options, but encouraging to push and drive.
Pushes me to my limits - makes me feel strong and capable. Great music!
How it's different every day

You used to periodically offer workshops (e.g. foam rolling, nutrition). It would be nice to see those types of offerings again.
It is a trainer led group workout everyday! I never have to worry about what I should work on. Love the OT workout and OT family!
It’s different every day. The format of the class, especially when it comes to treadmills, prevents me from getting bored. The classroom environment prevents me from quitting when I may have on my own. The coaches are supportive and encouraging!! The best workout ever.

Positive energy with organized fitness inductors. I love that the workouts are always different and somewhat of a surprise! The studio is kept very clean. Very well organized facility!

I love the workouts. Each one is a challenge but never the same! The people are great from the members to the coaches to the SA staff everyone is there to help motivate, provide encouragement and accountability! My overall fitness, mental state of being and enjoyment in life has improved since joining a few months ago!

I love my Orangetheory workouts. I hate hearing the alarm go off in the morning but the minute I'm up and on my way I am pumped to get there and get my sweat on!! Thanks for making my mornings and my life that much better!!
I just have to show up. The energy is positive. I do wish there was a Saturday afternoon class though.
The fact that every workout is different. Makes it challenging and exciting. Love the coaches as well.. especially Kristi, Abe, Alyssa and Sam!!
I like everything. The circuits. The coaches. The music. I like the pushes and all outs - they fell like ice hockey shifts to me. I love it.
One thing I wish you could do:
Track and automatically send my visits to my office or email for my company's health care benefit. Would think this would be pretty simple for you but apparently it's not an option currently.

Every single class is different! The coaches are great, keep you motivated, as well as ensure you are doing proper form. I’m motivated to work out and continue to be motivated because of Orange Theory!
Full body workout every class
The coaches! (Ashley and Brandon are the best!!!) It's really about getting and keeping great coaches on staff. They are so responsible for keeping me motivated to see my workout through, I believe they are genuine and want me to improve just as much as I do, and they make me want to come back to take their class again. I go harder because they tell me I can do it.
Also love the variety in the workout. Every class is different, and the results are different every class too. Love the fun ways they mix it up with different challenges and tracking the benchmarks helps motivate me to improve also.

It’s new and challenging every time.
I loved being pushed doing cardio!!! So much easier being told when to push yourself and take the thinking out of working out.
OTF has helped me achieve my goals. The coaches are amazing and always keep pushing everyone to get out of the comfort zone.

- I was fortunate to start my first class with Mary. She genuinely cares about the folks in her class and encourages everyone to go a step further than before. Her classes are tough but worth it.

- love her classes. Great diverse music, her focus on form and willingness to ensure everyone is doing the exercise correctly is very helpful.
