The coaches are awesome, the location is right next to my work, I love the group setting, and I love having class laid out for me so that all I have to do is show up and work hard. After managing everything else in life, the last thing I want to do is plan out exercises for the week at the gym. Plus, I burn a ton of calories and feel myself getting stronger and better in shape.

All body workout. Only complaint.....please put a sink outside of the bathrooms to wash hands after class so you don’t have to wait 5-10 mins for people changing in bathrooms!

The challenge to get splat points and positive encouragement from coaches
Can go at your own pace and have guidance from the instructors.
Staff is awesome and very personable, trainers are well educated and coached to teach proper techniques for exercises. Working in groups is very motivating and everyone is nice. Only dilemma is the heart rate monitors don’t always work for the whole class, which disrupts your workout and goal for the day. Overall my wife and I love this type of workout and have seen a difference in three months.
Liked that is science based with heart rate monitoring.

I like that it's a full body workout in just an hour, and that it uses high intensity training so I keep burning calories even after I'm done. The coaches are awesome too!
I love the variety and the interval nature of the workout. Most of all, I love that I don’t have to know what to do when I go to the gym, all I need to do is follow instructions. The coaches are also all amazing!
