The intensity and the variety, plus just a whole lot of good exercise packed into 1 hour.
It’s a total body workout.....interval training and strength training....awesome coaches that encourages you to be better and teaches u proper body mechanics to avoid injury....

Most efficient one hour workout in the market. I am a middle aged woman and although I cannot keep up with all the routines -- I am STILL able to reach my limits and at times push them as they provide adaptations and accommodations. I would never be able to do this on my own. As long as I don't have to keep up with the young(er) ones in my midst -- I am Queen of my workout. Thank you OT! #mypacemytimemyworkout!
I am inspired to work harder by the coaches than I would on my own. I like the group works outs and moving from station to station. It is a great hour and I have lost 15 pounds and feel good about working out.

I like that it is structured and I definitely get a great workout in an hour. I also love the technology. My brother-in-law is actually the gentleman (along with his partner) who created the technology that orange theory fitness centers are using for their monitoring. I enjoy the camaraderie, and the burn!
