What do you like about our workout?

I get cardio along with strength. I don’t feel I can just quit because I’m tired or don’t like an exercise. If I were doing it outside of OT, I would quit just because I can!

What do you like about our workout?

I enjoy the challenge but also that I can go at a pace that works for me/my body. I can make the workout as intense as I want or take a step back and still get a good workout in. The coaches are awesome and motivating!

What do you like about our workout?

Orangetheory has changed my life. I started to improve my health rather than my appearance. I love how the HIIT workout supports a healthy lifestyle. I wouldn’t know how to navigate a gym floor or what exercises to do. Having a coach to lead you through that is amazing. Having a coach that is fun,engaging and motivated is even better.

What do you like about our workout?

I love the way the workouts change and work on different areas of the body with each workout. The coaches are awesome and always inspiring you to do more. I talk about it all the time. I have recommended it a number of times, my brother was visiting and got him to join me for a class, he ended up joining OTF at his home in Cincinnati. He said he liked the coaches here better than his own coaches (his are good he just liked ours. Our head coach Jenna is amazing, she keeps us motivated.

Challenging workout. Great encouragement from Coach Trevor. This is a very well managed OrangeTheory Fitness Studio. The general manager does a fantastic job.

What do you like about our workout?

Complete and total workout, from cardio to strength to lifting weights. You go at your own pace, with a trainer giving you tips along the way. Each class has a routine that is designed to incorporate all the work stations. The trainer walks you through each area and explains what you'll be doing next. Upbeat music is playing throughout the workout and the trainers are constantly giving you input and keeping you in a positive state of mind. Highly recommend !
