Love the classes, it’s a whole body workout in an hour. The coaches are so motivating. I love all the challenges and benchmark workouts that help track your progress. I never get bored and look forward to going to class.
The workout is great. We need more consistently the same coaches - there has been too much variation at the Brandon location these last few months. We need a strong leader/manager again. The people currently working the front desk are always kind but are very quiet and it is unclear who if anyone is in charge.

OT at Wiregrass has been a great training experience for me. The staff is second to none, Megan, Travis, Brody are my regular coaches, and they are great! They guide, motivate, correct your form, and offer modified options of the exercises to meet your personal needs showing they really care for your safety during the entire session. The staff at the front desk offers friendly and customer service driven assistance always! I love being a member at the Wiregrass Orangetheory facility! My best experience ever; a five-star organization!

I absolutely loved it! It was everything I have been looking for, I’ve been looking for ages and finally found it ! I loved the fact the staff was so personable, just a completely comfortable environment for everyone. Very welcoming and the coach was super supportive and continued to check in throughout the class.

The staff is what truly makes the visit a ten. They are personable when you enter, and when you leave. You feel like family. They hold you accountable in the best ways.

Dayna is amazing!!! She takes time to show me proper form on everything-rower and weights-and I SO appreciated the instruction. She explains everything in a clear and concise way and there is no confusion on what is expected in the block. Truly an asset to your team!

After 2 years of not being able to lift weights, due to an injury, Orange Theory has been an excellent way to introduce my body back to what it has been missing so much! I love that it is self paced, and I have a trainer for any corrections I might need. A huge shout out to my trainer, Dayna! She has a fun personality, motivating words and plays awesome music.

The programming has helped me become a runner! I love that it focuses on different things daily ( strength, endurance etc). I also love working out with a group, it is so motivating! The coaches are great!
