The trainers are the best in the world,very tough but just what I need, I adore Jess, that lady is something else, Pete is awesome,haven't trained with the other ones. The staff is very nice and super friendly. I wish I could go more but my schedule doesn't allow it, but I can say that place is pure therapy. Just love it!! Thank you guys...

The workouts are great and upbeat which I love. The trainers will keep you going even when you're tired, they will push your past your limits and get you out of your comfort zone which is awesome!!

I love the fact that we go just to do exercise... no waisting time, no exhibition and the best of all is that you can see the result! For me is the first time in my life that Im loosing weight without a diet! I go Just two times in a week and of course taking care of what I eat but not dieting... I highly recommend orange theory!
