The trainers and the staff are great. It's in and out not like a regular gym that you have to be waiting for the machines. I just love the variety of work outs.

The workouts are diverse and challenging. This means I do not get bored and always feel that my 60 minutes were well spent. Top notch instructors who are friendly and available for instruction.

Time flew, studio feels new and fresh, Instructor was cool and motivating. Desk staff were friendly and accomadation.

What do you like about our workout?

I like that there's only twenty people or less when working out.I like that I have a trainer to encourage and show me proper technique.I like the 1 hour work out and done.I really enjoy the work out and the staff is friendly.

What do you like about our workout?

I like that I am in a group setting without feeling neglected, the trainers still monitor your form and pace as if it were one on one. I am also really like the fact that if you decide to stop for a couple seconds to catch your breath or need to slow down your pace you're not put on blast by the trainers, it's more of a lowkey "dude....come on you got this". Definitely the right amount of push to be effective.
