I know when it starts and I know when it finishes. The coaches are not there to judge or criticize but offer direction and push enough to give it your all (and then some). The people are all there for the same reason, to complete the workout to the best of their ability, unlike other gyms where people may be there for different motives.

The OTF workout works my body out as no exercise has done before. Doing OTF is the first time where I am actually building stamina for running; something that hasn't happened before. I never thought I would be jogging on the treadmill consistently, but that is exactly what has happened after three months of doing OTF consistently.
My experience has been an amazing one, thanks to the incredible trainers who ensure I am using the right approaches and techniques for the rowing, floor exercises, and treadmill. They know when to tell you to go at your own pace and when to step up the intensity. All the trainers (Juli, Amanda, Christine, Olivia, and Marlene) have really made me feel that I am moving in the right direction.
After three months so far, I have built up endurance where rowing 500 meters is no longer a chore as it was at first, I am now doing a push pace of 5.0 mph jogging whereas I was originally doing only 3.5 mph as a power walker and struggling to push myself, and strengthening my leg and lower back muscles to where my flexibility and strength has intensified.
I have also made it back down to my wedding weight and look forward to continuing to push myself into better shape as I move forward.
That it is different everyday, it incorporates strength and cardio. I always feel it is effective!
The different exercises are very strategic and well rounded for a complete body workout. Coaches are great, especially coach Steven.
I love the fact that the coaches are always looking out for us and making sure we have are bodies in the right posture for work out 💯
