It is SUCH a great workout.
It is fun, always different, and feels like a personal trainer. I like the overall style of the class, and monitoring my heartrate is so effective for my weight loss goals.
I get done in 50 minutes my entire workout and I know I did what I needed to do to burn calories and see a difference. The mix up of exercises allow me to target my entire body for great overall results and every class is different which allows me to stay engaged.
