I really like Orange Theory. I wish there was one more North in Oro Valley and it was less expensive.
Coaches are great- they challenge me to be better and teach the right way at lifting
It is always different and lately the work-outs have been more challenging, which is also a bonus!
In a 60-minute time span you get a complete body workout. OTF is clean and efficient as well. Show up, put in some effort and the results come. Everything is taken care of other than my personal commitment. Perfect for my schedule and my lifestyle. I recommend OTF every chance I get!
The best!! I left CrossFit for OTF and do not look back. 😀
How our coaches continue to push us. Amber is amazing at keeping us going!!
Great coaches!
I like that it is lead for me and that the exercises vary. The workout is an hour but it feels like it goes by so fast!
Randy is a fantastic coach! He was engaging, encouraging, and professional!
The other OTF athletes helped create a great community for me (as a first time attendee from OTF Birmingham AL).
Most importantly, the workout was well-balanced, challenging, and rewarding.
Always a little bit different
I like that every class is just a little bit different. I like the fact that we are provided with variations and options with the exercises. I especially love the HR monitors and feedback from the TV monitors.
The push of our instructor to stay in the game. The facility is amazing organized, and clean. Staff is energetic and polite.
Couch interaction and encouragement during workout is good.
Have you considered offering a theme workout every once in a while?
Such as a country music workout
I love the workouts, couches and staff
My instructors, their music, and the energy they bring! Love my OT fam!
I have been going to Orangetheory since 2015 and I love the trainers the most as they have wonderful personalities. I also love the loud music and the workouts are challenging and push me.
The energy in the room is great and positive. About the time I'm "over it" with whatever station I am at, it's time to move on to the next. It helps me keep my mental and physical game more on point.
What I love about Orannge Theory workouts are the amazing coaches! They make me feel like I am part of the group, are always watching out for my form and how I’m doing. Everyone from the front desk to every coach has been amazing for the years that I have been a member!

I like that I don't have to think and still get a great workout. The music is great. I also like when the coaches correct me when my form is wrong. Not all the coaches do that and I see some really bad forms. Potentially people injuring themselves.
I love that the workout templates are challenging and incorporate a variety of activities. (Although I am not so much a fan of the new repeating template series.)
Coaches and the flow between groups. I feel like it is a very friendly place to work out and not at all intimidating.
I love the environment, coaches, and workout templates. I never thought I would do a class type workout; however, Orange Theory has completely changed my viewpoint. The workouts are at your own pace, but when you are there, you feel extremely motivated to push yourself, which is a completely different experience I have at a normal gym.
Hats off to Ellen (Founder) for creating a workout that inspires, motivates and pushes people to be their very best!
The workout is just perfectly well rounded, the instructors are knowledgeable and motivating, and everything about being there feels welcoming.
Well-structured, high-intensity workout that allows you to improve fitness at your own pace.
Its a different work out each day and the coaches are great.
They are fun and challenging.
I love the client to coach ratio… family atmosphere… and challenging workouts… always something new!
The schedule is convenient and the coaches are encouraging
Goes by quickly - lots of variety in the workout,
Competitive against yourself, not repetitive, switch stations with a coach and great music!
