It’s preplanned so I don’t have to think about it. It’s a mix of everything. Add in the excellent coaches at Midtown, and it’s a workout that can’t be beat!
The workout is guided, and it's different every day. The coaches are awesome; not only do they provide guidance, but they throw in encouragement and personal direction and alternatives when needed. I've been a full-time Orangetheory member for nearly ten (10) years and I love it. It's fitting that I would rate this gym and its workouts a 10!

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful being my first time signing up for a membership. Class was great pace, music was great, and instruction throughout class was easy to follow.
Instructors are fully engaged with the rhythm of the class, cheering members on and keeping us focused on each 30, 45, 60 second interval of a run or monitoring progress and alternative exercises within the weight floor. Special shout out to Tanner Hoops. He has encouraged and inspired ALL members to do their best.
This was my first time in an Orange Theory and I was really nervous. I have a lot of anxieties around exercising in front of other people because I have always struggled with my weight. Amy made it so much fun! She gave so many positive affirmations and words of encouragement to the group and to individuals throughout the workout. It made me feel seen and encouraged without feeling singled out and stared at. I truly appreciated the balance she created with the different experience levels in the group. It felt good to be in a group of people who were all pushing themselves and competing against themselves. This was my first workout experience where I didn't feel like I was behind everyone else or not doing as well as someone else. I felt like I was only competing with me, and that felt great!
I didn't have any intention to sign up for the membership; I was simply accompanying a friend who asked me to come as a guest to practice wellness. I'm so glad I came! I'm looking forward to being part of Orange Theory.

I love the noon class. It is easy to get to and is 45 min - treadmill, row and weights. Amy is the absolute best coach and is very diligent with safety.

What's not to love?! The workouts are so efficient! There is no way I would get as much accomplished or burn as many calories on my own at a regular gym. The coaches are THE BEST. They do a great job keeping you motivated, but also safe. They always have an option for something if you have an injury! Love love LOVE my Happy Valley OTF Fam!

The variety of exercises and the coaching
EVERYTHING A complete workout, free weights, tread machine, row machine, and even the bicycles, A COMPLETE WORKOUT! A solid 60 minutes. I have been "active" with Orange Theory for 6 months now, at least 3 times a week and I have never seen the same workout, there is always a new challenge. Shout out to our Coaches, Coach Joan, Amanda, and Todd who are always making sure that we are doing the exercises right. Coach Todd what's up with the dance moves LOL! And we can't forget about the front desk people who greet you every day with a smile. And Tim who knows everyone by first name.

Peyton made my workout an incredible experience.
She had clear communication skills about explaining exercises and routines. Additionally she has a strong motivation and encouragement throughout the workout.
Molly and Caleb are solid coaches who do well at motivating me to have a good workout. I also enjoy the ever changing workout as well as the cyclic signature and benchmark workouts. Finally, I like the community people who attend each class motivated by their own goals to workout.
