Friendly, welcoming and not intimidating.
I love that there are classes available all the time and personally I work a lot harder in classes. However it is hard that most of the time they book out quite quickly.

Great classes available for the working professional (the times are set where I can attend), the lunchtime classes are set perfectly to allow for an appropriate lunch break, and most importantly the instructors are very friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoy attending the classes and getting to know you all. I have already given my guest passes to my colleagues as they seem to be very interested in the variety of classes I come back raving about (particularly Booty Blitz - Thanks Lucy for the burrrrn).

The girls in the crèche are fabulous! They take such great care of my little boy. I can't thank them enough for allowing me to exercise with peace of mind that my child is safe and having fun with other children. My boy loves attending the gym just as much as I do. It's our social outing for the day. I go to do my reformer classes and he goes to "play with the big trucks"! Thanks Pure Cooparoo for catering to mums and they're children.

The convenience because i work in the city. The range of pilates reformer classes although I've noticed after a 5 month break there seem to be less reformer classes especially in the mornings.
