Classes are interesting. Trainers push you but don't make you feel like am idiot. They are lovely.

Maybe the only thing is in bounce class some people don't seem to understand we should be using the whole room and tend to stock their bouncer next to each other
So they might need to be reminded they can go at the front ;)
The relaxed, but attentive approach the staff have with clients. I come to Pure and feel that both staff members and clients are here to grow in various aspects of themselves - the vibe is unpretentious and encouraging.
Such a holistic way about health and fitness. Personally with other gyms I've had to wait ahead more than 30mins to even just have a possibility of getting a spot. Along with 30 + other people.
The classes are small and there's no pressure to be anything else but to try your best.
Great services a long side (eg Thrive Health), massage, dietitians and life coaching.
The whole vibe is one of being relaxed and striving to be your personal best.
I'm never one to write reviews- but most definitely have been won over with Pure
Love Pilates and love the midday classes on Monday and Thursday as I do shiftwork!!
