I like the ease of booked pilates classes, although it can be difficult to get into. The instructors are very good. I appreciated having a 1.20 GRCclass on Monday last week, didn't realise there was one, its great to have some things at a quiet time. busy times can be daunting!
I really like all of the classes that are available, much better than just having the gym equipment.

I enjoy the available classes and trainers - I feel comfortable and welcome at the gym, there is a great environment there, especially compared to other gyms which can feel really competitive.
Yoga classes covering each day of the week at times that suit work hours.
Yoga teachers: particularly Debbie, Katie and Tanya coming from a true Yoga perspective (philosophy, mind and body) rather that a purely fitness perspective.
Variety of yoga classes: Yin /Hatha aimed at a range of abilities.

The variety of classes, the happy staff and trainers, great shower rooms. I like the sound of all the wellness days & additional activities that you do but I have not done any as I find they are a bit too expensive.

I love the community feel as soon as you enter. I love the range and amount of classes offered everyday! I love the teachers who are friendly and work hard! I love the facilities!! It's a place I want to come to every day after work! I just love it!!

Staff are very friendly and welcoming. It does not feel as if you are just a number & staff show a genuine interest. Also like how there are technical/ beginner classes to teach the fundamentals prior to joining the classes
