The nice instructors and the energy. The sculpt and pilates classes are hard/challenging which is great because I want a workout.
I did notice about 6 months ago the pilates was getting slightly less challenging than back a few years, but its picked back up again.
I love the pure bounce and Yoga classes... I would like you to have more of these classes available!

Time to time and the actual studio feels less clinical - I remember providing feedback a while ago on this, and the plants and other items have helped.

The range and frequency of classes, the excellent trainers, the location in Coorparoo and the friendly atmosphere.
I love the classes - especially Bounce and Barre - although would like more availability as they book out so quickly!
The classes are great and there's plenty of variety. The only downfall is a low weights section so I wouldn't be recommending to friends who are interested in a bigger range of equipment. For me though, it is perfect :)
