The variety of classes and the times 👍🏽 I do feel I need to address the Thursday night bounce class though. Is this an advanced class? I think that should be made clear as Lucy's much more intense than Lauren's class & is supper hard and awkward for people just starting out! Otherwise love jt

They instructors know exactly what they are doing and are extremely helpful. The classes are upbeat and fun yet focused and enjoyable. The staff at reception are always very welcoming. The facilities are also always very well maintained. It is a little pricey but you get your value for money!
