I noticed right away that the trainers always ask if anyone is new to either OT or their classes, and then seems as though they go out of their way to remember your name and check in with you. Makes you feel less secluded when joining a new facility/program.
I like the music, hip-hop & rap are motivating so appreciated when played haha
I appreciate that the format of the class is not available when you book a class because that avoids me from making up excuses as to why I do not want to attend a class. I know there is a guaranteed combo of lifting/cardio with any given class, in various formats, and trainers offer easier/harder accommodations to all exercise so that no one has an excuse to not be moving. It is a good approach for a class based facility.
Steven and Chantel are animals and so helpful and understanding to each member's needs !

The workouts are intense & exhilarating! I can modify when I need to...and the coaches are super motivating. The members pump each other up...and I always leave in a great mood!
Every workout is different and challenging in it's own way! Atmosphere is awesome and I love how the coaches keep pushing you the entire time!
The process of signing up for classes and people being able to “wait list” for multiple classes a day is causing waitlist to be full or I am unable to get into classes . People are signing up for two and three months in advance . At $160 per month for membership this is frustrating. I am not sure if I will renew my membership at the end of this month as much as I absolutely love the work out .

Challenging but rewarding. If something is too difficult, you can go at your own pace. If your form is off, the trainer kindly let's you know how to do it properly.

The workouts are different everyday and designed for all levels of experience.
People who have difficulty hearing could find the classes a little difficult to follow at times. I constantly have to ask someone near me or look to a neighbor to determine what is being told to happen - mostly on the rowing machine and treadmill. May be helpful to ensure the coach is standing directly in font of the rowers or treadmills when addressing them instead of standing back behind, near the floor.

I like the cardio and weights workout together.
I like the fast pace of the workouts. I love that they are different every time.
My band stopped working about 25 mins into the workout and my data and workout suffered as a result.
I love how high energy the workouts and coaches are. It makes working out enjoyable and pushes me to work harder.
Depends on individuals goals. OTF has been a wonderful experience for me.
The 8-hr cancellation policy. Sometimes things come up last minute and making it to a class I thought I would be able to is suddenly not possible. I understand that I can call and avoid a late fee if I'm sick or something but more often than not it's another unavoidable life issue like work or family and even finding the time to call is not an option and then all the sudden I'm hit with another late fee that was out of my control.
It is fun and the energy the coaches bring is motivating! I also love that they cater to any fitness level.
Not too sure it’s geared towards people who haven’t worked out in a long time.
It’s intimidating to be doing the same workout next to someone who can run, lift weights and row faster

It pushes me past the point that I would normal stop at. Focus is more on continuation of physical fitness.
I love having a coach who knows my name, who looks out for me, and who pushes me. I also love the variety in the workout. Short all outs help me improve my speed while push paces help me with my longevity. The community at my gym is supportive and inspiring. All around, OrangeTheory has helped me get my life and body back. I still have a long way to go, but when I started in January I was in the worst shape of my life. Almost 4 months later, I feel stronger than ever. I now remember what it’s like to not dread the gym.
