The people! The girls greet me by name, are always pleasant and even take a few moments just to ask how your day is going. Makes a difference when you feel welcome every time you walk in. I'm loving the ever changing schedule that keeps my daily options open for practice and te added athletica has been GREAT! Keep it up dynamic xo

I love your classes (especially Nadine's yin class) and all the teachers are great. Although, I'd love it if there were more classes offered because I find it hard to try and fit it into my schedule.

I'm new to yoga in general, but have found positivity within myself since starting - but I also love that I'm not expected to know everything or be perfect. There is room for improvement, but the instructors are understanding and know that not everyone is on the same level.

The staff is great, most of them are very strong instructors. The place is nice and clean and the class are great. I do refer it to a lot of my friends, but the most common comment from them is that it is to pricey.

This is my first experience with Yoga. I love that I felt very welcome and encouraged to listen to my own body and move at my own pace without feeling a sense of failure or "this isn't for me". I also am thankful that if my pose is incorrect, I'm kindly guided to the correct position.
Environment and atmosphere.
I love how friendly the staff is and the moment you first walk in the door you feel welcome! I also love the hot yoga room, it is the highest of standards. Cant express how much i love dynamic fitness!
