Love the yoga room.
I like the size of the classes and that staff gets to know everyone by name. They take an interest in each person,getting to know them and genuinely want everyone to have a positive experience as we journey to a healthier lifestyle. Everyone is welcome and I just love the atmosphere.

The heat and humidity make our yoga time beneficial. Being 50 years young I need all the help I can get. Yes I would recommend hot yoga to anyone young or old. All ok in Moncton.

Professional, friendly, always welcoming, I feel great when I come out, clean, classes are on time and are a good value. My class last Tuesday with Kathy was phenomenal. I think my running time improved by several minutes yesterday because she loosened my legs so my stride increased. Thanks Kathy!

The class I went to was slow flow. It was the perfect way to end the day. The teacher was very calming, the ambiance in the room was great and the sequence taught was relaxing.
