Everything went smoothly at the pick up and drop off.
The tux was reasonably prices and there was a wide variety of styles to choose from. The tux was easily altered while we waited, maybe 15 minutes. The return was easy.

Product was very good but the service was excellent. I called the night before and the girl I talked to assured me I would be taken care of. I was. Another very nice lady who opened the store CAME IN EARLY to take care of me. She did an excellent job of fitting, altering. and getting me on time to my 11:00 am funeral. I've owned my own buisness for 40 years and can tell you I was very impressed and greatful that your staff cared enough to go out of their way to make me well dressed at an important event. Please look up the girl that helped me out for sizing and the one I called that night that took my measurments over the phone to lay out things for the next mourning. I don't own a suit, and would rather rent one from you than buy one, because of the 2 ladies great service. A very pleasant surprise to have people who care so much about your customer as these 2 ladies. I don't do feedbacks usually, but this was a pleasure to tell you how awesome these ladies are , and were with me. THANK YOU!!! Name removed
